The Dragon House Dance Crew

The Dragon House Dance Crew

Atlanta must have something in the water, and that something is talent. Besides the notable artists like Usher, Andre 3000, Cee-Lo and Big Boi, there is a new talent explosion, and these guys go by the name The Dragon House Crew.

I was first introduced to the guys when a Breakdancer friend of mine in LA sent me a link to this video REMOTEKONTROL. I couldn’t believe what I was seeing. The video features Julius I-Glide Chisolm, Marquese Nonstop Scott, and Brian Chibi Gaynor. [Chibi is a Japanese slang for short person or small child. I was absolutely astounded from what I was seeing. The raw talent was impressive, but it was the style that these guys had that was the clear thing that separated them from any other crew I had ever seen.

From that point on I looked forward to every time I found one of their new videos in my submission inbox, and posted with pride.

These guys started blowing up in the electro and Hiphop scene at around the same time that the French dance duo Les Twins. It was only a matter of time until the roof blew off in the scene, and that moment came when your boy Marquese Nonstop Scott dropped his solo video titled Pumped Up Kicks Dance. The video was an instant hit and went viral. When I say Viral, I’m talking 60 + Million views viral. Soon Marquese was on Ellen, and then the guys were approached by Coke. Seeing this type of success from the sidelines is inspiring, but the best part is that dancers all over the world are now privy to the Dragon House Crew.

Another notable member of the crew is Cyrus Glitch Spencer. Cyrus not only stands out because of his dance skills, but also because of his edgy and progressive sense of style. With his big mutton chop sideburns, and stretched ear plugs, dude stands out in a crowd. Cyrus recently auditioned for So You Think You Can Dance, and even though his Cartooning dance style isn’t the accepted look for the show, the judges were blown away by the talent and he instantly became a crowd favorite.

Julius Iglide Chisolm, besides having the dopest stage name, has one of the smoothest and most unique style that I have ever scene. My friends in LA, who work on a professional level cannot believe what he does, and can’t come close to actually replicating what he does. Check out what I mean in this video titled Julius Iglide Chisolm in The Studio.

Nonstop, Glitch and Iglide threw together this crazy video as well, titled The Dragon House Dance Crew, where they throw it down upon encountering a LIVE set of headphones outside of a 7-11.

I will continue to post content from these guys until they stop dancing. Check out all the Videos below. Your mind will be blown.
